Included in the program is step by step options and advice pertaining to nutrition, fitness and lifestyle choices, to assist your wellness choices, as well as check-ins and goal setting to keep you accountable. This 8-week program focuses on a progressive exercise routine as it relates to full body strength. Ensuring the anterior chain (quads, chest, core) and posterior chain (upper back, glutes, hamstrings) are adequately and appropriately stressed. As we continue to workout from home, this program adequately stresses all musculature, focusing on building strength. Accompanied with the workout program is a nutrition guide to assist in muscle build. This program is appropriate for male or females regardless of age, but a general understanding of exercise and baseline is required.
